Synthesis of new highly fluorinated monomers and their cyclopolymerization |
| 초록 |
Fluorinated ring containing polymers can be a good material candidate for low loss optical applications such as plastic optical fibers and waveguide devices. We have investigated possibilities for developing new partially fluorinated polymers with fewer synthetic steps. Monomers are synthesized with several alkylsilicon-chloride groups, trifluoro-vinyl groups and another fluorinated reagents. Polymerization of these new monomers will be investigated and optical properties of the polymers will be discussed. |
