제목 Preparation of anti-static primer by encapsulation of magnetite via miniemulsion polymerization
초록 A primer which has constituents of metallic or conductive in it could provide anti-static function. In this work, primer for the function of the anti-static finish on the PET film is made by pmma nanoparticles which encapsuled magnetite via miniemulsion polymerization. The magnetite was especially synthesized by co-precipitation method for more good dispersibility in the miniemulsion colloids. With polymerized miniemulsion particles, hardening agent, and surfactant, the primer was prepared. This primer has good enough transparency for optical uses and hardness for tough conditions. Haze meter and 4-point prove resistance meter are used for the characteristic of this primer.
