Synthesis of acrylic non-ionic reactive emulsifier having aromatic ring and polymerization of aqueous adhesive |
| 초록 |
A pressure-sensitive adhesive is a material capable of adhering to the surface of another object using a small pressure without using an external force. An eco-friendly water-based adhesive material technology that uses water while exhibiting various performances and adhesive strength that only solvent-type adhesives can have needs to be developed. In this study, an acrylic nonionic reactive emulsifier including aromatics was synthesized and an aqueous acrylic base emulsion was prepared using the synthesized material. For the emulsifier, structural analysis was performed using H-NMR and FT-IR. Its adhesive properties such as peel strength and heat resistance were also confirmed. |
