Tunable Surface Plasmon Resonance based Dye-SensitizedSolar Cells using Au/Ag core/shell Nanoparticles decorated TiO2Hollow Nanoparticles |
초록 |
Improvinglight harvesting of solar spectrum using localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR) is promising way to enhance the power conversion efficiency (PCE) indye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Au/Ag core/shell nanoparticles decoratedTiO2 hollow nanoparticles (Ag@Au@TiO2 HNPs) weresynthesized by two-step chemical reduction onto the surface of TiO2hollow nanoparticles (TiO2 HNPs). The fabricated Ag@Au@TiO2HNPs exhibited a dual functions of LSPR from Au/Ag core/shell NPs and lightscattering effect from TiO2 HNPs, leading to enhancement of lightabsorption. As a results, Ag@Au@TiO2 HNPs based DSSCs exhibited anenhanced current density (Jsc)of 18.2 mA cm-2 and a high PCE (η) of 9.7%. |
