Properties of Pb free Tin-based Perovskite-sensitized solar cells |
| 초록 |
Perovskite-sensitized solar cell has a bright future of solar cells industries due to low prices and high PCE(Power Conversion Efficiency). However, The solar cell is mainly used a Perovskite of methylamine-PbI3. Lead is environmental hazards, Thus we fabricated tin-based Perovskite which can replace the lead-based perovskite. We measured various properties of Pb free perovskite compared with conventional lead-based perovskite. And we made the Pb free solar cell for measure PCE. Does this study of various properties and efficiency to analyzed how practically can Tin-based Perovskite solar cell in future. |
