This study was designed to analyze the company's financial effect of reinforcement of stack emission limit levels(ELVs) as a regulatory measure. This study is aimed at 140 companies where emission limit levels were lowered in 2010 and which transmit real time stack emission concentration data(NOx, SOx, TSP, HCl) to CleanSys(Stack emission Tele-monitoring System). ROA(Return On Asset) is used as an financial indicator. The Overall conclusion of this study is that NOx, TSP are decreased by the reinforcement of emission level limit in 2010. But there had no meaningful relations between reinforcement of ELVs and companies's financial result. With the inference which came out from this study, it can be estimated “Basic due” was more influential for lowering the emission level than ELVs for its financial incentives. |
