제목 | Synthesis and Characterization of Crosslinkable Hole-Injection/Transport Material for OLED Devices |
초록 | A new copolymer with repeated triphenylamine structure was synthesized by using Buchwald-Hartwig reaction. The copolymer was characterized by NMR, FT-IR and crystal structure. The copolymer exhibited photoreactivity both in solution and film states. By using the copolymer and a new synthesized monomer containing styrylpyridyl group, UV photopattern could be made. In addition, the synthesized copolymer could be used as HIL material of OLEDs utilizing solution process. |
