제목 Effects of heat treatments on thermal conductivity of nickel-boron coated MWCNTs.
초록 Electroless nickel–boron deposits were provided on MWCNTs and submitted to heat treatments under nitrogen (N2) gas conditions. Four set of treatment conditions were used: 30 min at 300, 400, 500, and 600°C. The surface properties of MWCNTs were analyzed by using a scanning electron microscope, an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction analysis. The thermal conductivity was measured by the thermal conductivity measurement system. Thermal conductivity of the MWCNTs was improved, up to the temperature of 400℃, after which no further increase in thermal conductivity could be obtained.
