제목 Thermal and Mechanical Interfacial Properties of Difunctional Epoxy/Polyurethane Blends
초록 The thermal and mechanical interfacial properties of difunctional epoxy resin (2EP)/polyurethane modified epoxy (UME-305) blends were investigated. The cure behaviors of 2EP/UME-305 blends were studied with DSC and FT-IR. The thermal stabilities of the blends were examined by TGA measurements. The mechanical interfacial properties of the blends were confirmed by KIC and GIC measurements. And the fracture surface after KIC tests was observed by SEM. As a result, ΔHT of the blends obtained from DSC was decreased with increasing the UME-305 content. The exothermic peak temperature of the blends was shifted to higher temperature as the UME-305 content increased, due to the higher intermolecular interactions.
