제목 Fabrication of semiconducting organic nanowire assembly by MIMIC (micromolding in capillaries) method
초록 Semiconducting organic nanowire assembly is potentially useful for the fabrication of micro-/nanoelectrical devices such as chemical and bio-sensors, photodetectors, and organic transistors. In this work, we will demonstrate a simple one-step fabrication of aligned as well as patterned semiconducting organic nanowire assembly using a method of filling microchannels called micromolding in capillaries (MIMIC). By employing 1-cyano-trans-1,2-bis-(3’,5’-bis-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl)ethylene (CN-TFMBE) which forms J-stacked nanowires in solution, very well aligned nanowire assembly with high birefringence, dichroism, and electrical conductivity (0.98x10-5 S/cm) was successfully obtained.
