Detection of Streptavidin using Biotinylated Polyelectrolyte Micropattern |
초록 |
Micropattern suface have attracted applications in a wide range of technologies for microfluidic devices, microelectronics, biochips, and biosensors. Especially, micropattern provide a convenient way to probe biomolecular interactions with minimum amount of sample and therefore have seen wide use in screens of primarily immobilized nucleic acids and proteins/peptides. We have attempted to biotinylated polyelectrolyte layer-by-layer coating on glass slide. Biotinylated polyelectrolyte based micropattern to selectively detect streptavidin using a FRET. |
