제목 Capacitance behavior of multi-walled carbon nanotube composites containing conducting polymer-coated graphene nanosheets as electrodes
초록 In this paper, we prepared Polypyrrole was coated on the surface of graphene nanosheet and multi-walled carbon nanotube through in situ chemical oxidation polymerization of pyrrole monomers in the presence of graphene suspension in HCl solution. High electrochemical performance of the PPy-rGO-MWCNT electrode could be due to increasing active sites for the deposition of polypyrrole provided by large surface areas of graphene nanosheets and the synergistic effect between polypyrrole and graphene oxide and multi-walled carbon nanotube. These results demonstrated the importance and great potential of graphene oxide in the development of high-performance supercapacitor based on polypyrrole. The morphology, structure and crystallinity of the composites were examined by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transition electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Electrochemical properties were characterized by cyclic voltammetry in 1M NaNO3 electrolyte.
