The detection of disease could be carried out by using phenomena of energy transfer between doner and acceptor such as specific antibody-antigen reaction. Dopamine is one of the neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Such lack of dopamine was caused with dementia and other conditions. This research studied change of efficiency that fluorescence resonance energy transfer by concetration and reaction time of dopamine. The distance between doner and acceptor confirmed sufficient condition using photoluminescence spectroscopy and life time, which could causeenergy transferphenomena. The energy transfer increased more than two times. The more concentration, emission peak of quantum dots as doner decreased. The more concetration, emission peak of fluorescent compound increased at one time. It demonstrated by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay. |
