The highly ordered mesoporous silica nanosphere was synthesized by co-condensation method using tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr) as a surfactant. The new designed ferrocene derivatives were successfully grafted to the pore outlet of mesoporous silica nanosphere by peptide synthesis. The structural ordering and textural properties of the ferrocene derivatives functionalized mesoporous silica nanosphere were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), FT-IR, SEM, TEM, and nitrogen adsorption-desorption analysis. |
