제목 Ultrapure Violet Organic Light-Emitting Diodes Based on Multiple Resonance without Boron Atom
초록 In this work, we developed novel multiple resonance type ultrapure organic emitter without using boron atom. The newly synthesized emitter, 2,5,13,16-tetra-tert-butylindolo[3,2,1-jk]indolo[1′,2′,3′:1,7]-indolo[2,3-b]carbazole (tDIDCz) showed very small stokes shift of 3 nm and narrow emission of full-width-at-half-maximum (FWHM) with 20 nm in photophysical measurement. In device, tDIDCz device showed 2.75% of external quantum efficiency, 402 nm emission, and narrow FWHM of 14 nm. This work is the world’s first research to develop the ultrapure violet organic light-emitting diodes.
