제목 The study on dielectric properties of the polymer composites reinforced with multi walled carbon nanotube(MWCNTs)
초록 Multi walled Carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) can be used to compound poly (ethylene ethyl acrylate)/carbon nanotube (EEA/CNT) composites by a melt mixing process. Electrical conductivity and dielectric properties of the composites were measured by a four-point probe resistivity determiner and a dielectric analyzer (DEA). Dielectric properties of these composites were studied at wide frequency ranges from 10 0 to10 6 Hz . The experimental results show that the dielectric constant of the composites increases remarkably with the increasing MWCNTs concentration, when the MWCNTs concentration was close to percolation threshold. This may be attributed to the critical behavior of the dielectric constant near the percolation threshold as well as to the polarization effects between the clusters inside the composites.
