제목 Paclitaxel Controlled Release from Biodegradable Thermosensitive Poly(organophosphazene) Gels
초록 We have synthesized biodegaradable thermosensitive poly(organophosphazene) gels bearing α-amino-ω-methoxy-poly(ethylene glycol), L-isoleucine ethyl ester and glycine lactate ethyl ester as side groups. Paclitaxel was loaded via physical mixing into the poly(organophosphazene) solution. The paclitaxel loaded poly(organophosphazene) solution showed the gelation at body temperature. The solubility of paclitaxel in poly(organophosphazene) solution was increased by more than 14,000-fold without any emulsifiers compared with that in PBS (pH7.4). The release behavior of paclitaxel loaded in the hydrogel was significantly sustained for 30 days. We found that the release behaviors of paclitaxel could be controlled by modulation of gel properties.
