| 초록 | Silver paste is introduced in many areas as printable electric material. Printable electric materials have been used in many applications such as solar cell, electric kit, mobile phone, and PDP because printable materials are able to be utilized as precursor for convey of electric signal. we fabricated silver paste consist of flake silver powder and polymeric binder, photo initiator to be patternable by UV. This study shows silver paste pattern less 30 μm using photosensitive resist. |
