Electrical and Morphological Properties of Nano Silver Ink with Low Sintering Temperature |
초록 |
Electrical and morphological properties of silver nano ink were investigated with sintering temperature. Nano-sized silver particles with 20 ~ 100 nm were prepared by using the polyol method. Silver nano ink was printed on polyimide film and sintered at temperature ranging from 150 to 300 °C. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) were used to analyze the effect of particle size and sintering temperature on the shape and the morphology. Electrical property was measured by 4-probe method. Using silver nano particle with 30 nm, the densification was observed at 200 °C and the conductivity was improved. |
