In this study, core/shell type Ag-core/PANI-shell hybrid conductive particles were synthesized via in situ chemical oxidation polymerization of aniline capped Ag nanoparticles colloid and polyol method. In order to figure out optimal condition in which the conductivity of products is maximized, the experiment was conducted with content of aniline, silver and initiator as variables. The morphology and structure of the products were characterized by SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope), TEM(Transmission Electron Microscope), TGA(Thermogravimetric Analyzer), EDS(Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy. |
