Synthesis of Zinc Oxide Nano particle by the Polyol Method and its Optical properties |
초록 |
Zinc oxide nano particles are successfully synthesized. Zinc salts and polyol solvents were mixed together and heated about 200℃. The zinc oxide powders have nano size of 20nm or less. The UV transmission of ZnO dispersion sol in the wavelength range from 290 to 380nm is about 1% when visible light transmission in the wavelength range 550nm is about 90%, indicating that the ZnO dispersion sol have an excellent UV cut-off capability. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and UV-vis spectrometer. |
