제목 Factors affecting defibering kinetics in a repulping process for molded pulp
초록 Production of molded pulp consists of repulping raw materals (mainly ONP and OCC), storing in high and low consistency tanks, transferring to former, forming and drying. In a repulping process, recycled papers shall be defibered as fast as possible with a maximum energy efficiency and with the lowest amount of fines generation. Factors affecting defibering kinetics has been investigated. Effect of pulping concentration, pulping temperature, rotor speed and aging of paper on defibering kinetics will be discussed in terms of deflaking rate coefficient.
