제목 Investigation for Drug Release of PSi/Polymer Composite Materials
초록 Porous silicon (PSi)/polymer composite materials have been developed as a smart patch type for drug delivery applications. Distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) PSi films and drug-impregnated polymer are used to produce flexible and stable composite materials in which the porous silicon matrix is covered with polymer. The release of drug and the shift of reflection maximum peak were simultaneously measured by UV-vis and reflectance spectrometer. The intensity of reflection peak from the composite film is exponentially decreased with a drug release. The concentration of released drug exhibits an exponential relationship with a release time.
