| 제목 | Synthesis of heteroatom-doped graphene |
| 초록 | we reports the synthesis of heteroatom-doped graphene by acid-catalyzed dehydration reaction. The structure, composition and structural restoration of graphene according to heteroatom content were confirmed with XRD, FT-IR, TGA and Raman spectroscopy. To assess the electronic properties of hetero-doped graphene for use in fuel sell and supercapacitors, cyclic voltammetry, Linear sweep voltammograms and galvanostatic charging-discharging measurements were performed. |
