제목 Effect of Rubber Types on Milled Carbon Fibers/Carbon Blacks/Rubber Compounds
초록 In this work, the mechanical properties of milled carbon fibers/carbon blacks/rubber compounds were investigated. The three types of rubber as natural rubber (NR), styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), and nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) were used. The carbon fillers, such as milled carbon fillers and carbon blacks were treated with benzene. The rubbers with milled carbon fibers, carbon blacks, curing accelerators, and crosslinking agents were mixed using internal mixer and then, the compounds were sheeted with two-roll-mill machine. Mechanical properties of the compounds were studied by tensile strength and tearing energies.
