Silver embedded silica coated magnetic microbeads as multifunctional Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) substrate for toxic chemical detection |
초록 |
This paper present a prototype of label free silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) embedded magnetic microbeads. Magnetic microbeads are widely used in the biomedical field, as cell analysis, DNA sequencing, etc. To analyze some chemical, there are so many problems that exist, one of them is that there is low signal intensity and the other problem is that separation is difficult. To solve these kinds of problems, using the silver nanoparticle to Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) effect is useful to solve the low signal problem, and using magnetic microbeads to solve the hard to separate problem. Particulary silver nanoparticle has a thiol end and this means that it is easy to attach many kinds of antibodies. So this AgNp embedded magnetic microbead will widely be used in the bio-chemistry field. |
