| 초록 | Since Compact Disc Digital Audio (CD-DA) was developed by Phillips and Sony, various optical disks have been developed and used.Magneto-optical and phase change media have been competitively developed for the rewritable optical disk. The latter has been recognized as the promising media due to their direct overwritability and the relatively high signal to noise ratio. In this study, the reflection and absorption rate of laser beam in the layers of phase change disk is simulated. |
