제목 Enantioselective separation on a chiral stationary phase of polysaccharide with 3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate immobilized on the surface of silica gel by ATRP
초록 We prepared cellulose phenyl carbamate derivatives-grafted silica particles from cellulose 2,3-bis(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate)-6-methacrylate and the initiator-grafted silica particle, which is synthesized from aminated silica gel (5 μm, 1000Å) and 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide, by atom transfer radical polymerization. The obtained chiral stationary phase was characterized by FT-IR, TGA, XPS and FE-SEM. The separation of racemic compounds by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been carried out under various eluent conditions.
