제목 Fullerene intercalation impact on the charge transport in 2D copolymer-fullerene network for polymer solar cells
초록 The conjugated polymers have gained much attention because of their unique semiconducting properties in fabricating large area, flexible, and low cost electronic devices. Research into bulk heterojunction OPVs has attracted much attention in both academia and industry because of their potential application in solar cells via cost-effective solution processes. Also, there have been reports on 2D-building block concepts as high performance conjugated polymer donor for PSCs, which are not typical D-A building blocks including D-π-A donors. Benzodithiophene(BDT) unit is attractive due to its compact planar structure that could be beneficial to the electron delocalization and improve mobility into various conjugated polymers. Introducing electron withdrawing group benzothiadiazole (BT) unit is to incorporate chromospheres highly absorbing in visible and near-infrared regions. In this study, we synthesized BDT and BT based copolymer and investigated their PSCs property.
