Periodic patterns with nanoscale derived from block copolymer self-assembly have recently found both commercial and academic interest as precursors for nanolithographic templates, vertical magnetic data storage, nanowire fabrication and nanoporous membranes. In this study, the hydrogen bonding between small molecules and one of the block component of block copolymer was induced for periodic patterns of small molecules. We will introduce a simple and effective route to fabricate well-ordered nanodot arrays with solvent evaporation process to the block copolymer thin films. Depending on the solvent mixture ratio, solvent evaporation time, films showed different surface morphologies. The characteristics of films, the surface morphology, internal structure information of the films the films and solvent mixtures effect to the block copolymer films were confirmed by AFM , GISAXS and SANS. |
