제목 Forming the nano size permeable polymersome in water phase.
초록 Polymeric drug delivery systems are used for reducing the negative side effects and maximizing the efficacy of drugs. And polymeric drug delivery systems are possible to release in specific site via use of stimuli-responsive polymers. In this study, we have synthesized biodegradable and having permeability polymersome by self assembly mechanism of hydrophobic parts and hydrophilic parts. Polymersome is possible to form from controlling the hydrophilic segment ( polyethylene glycol ) ratio and hydrophobic (poly(D,L-lactide)) segment length. Polymersome was investigated from transmission electron microscope (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). When polymersome is formed it doesn't need to use organic solvents, so only water was used. This polymersome would be one of the next generations of polymersome for real application related to drug delivery systems.
