제목 synthesis of TiO2 crystalline using sol-gel process without heat or hydrothermal treatment  
초록 TiO2 crystalline particle can be obtained by several processes and one of which is sol-gel process. heat or hydrothermal processes are required to obtain TiO2 having crystal structure. however, in this study, TiO2 crystalline appeared despite only using sol-gel process. TTIP(Titanium tetra isopropoxide) was used as a precursor which is synthesized with 2-propanol and acetic acid. The aqueous solution of nitric acid having pH 1.5 was used to control sizes and dispersity. crystal structures which using hydrothermal process and only using sol-gel process are compared.  TiO2 crystalline was analyzed by XRD, SEM.
