제목 The phase relationship and particle size distribution of Na+-β"-aluminas synthesized by a sol-gel process
초록 The influences of calcination temperature, precusor pH, variation of composition and kind of stabilizer on β-alumina and β"-alumina phase formations in Na2O-Al2O3-MgO (Li2O) ternary system were studied. For investigate the phase fraction of β-alumina and β"-alumina according to each factor, the sodium concentration was varied within the molar ratio range of [Na2O] : [Al2O3] = 1 : 4, 1 : 5, 1 : 6 and 1 : 8, the precusor pH was varied form 1.0 to 9.0 by 1.0 intervalls. Each sample was calcined at 1100 ~ 1500 °C for 2 hours and characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), particle size analyzer (PSA) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).
