제목 | Inter-chain hydrogen bondable Conjugated Polymer for Interlayer in Organic Solar Cells |
초록 | Conjugated polymers have widely been used in organic optoelectronic devices for their light weight, low cost, flexibility and solution processability. In the field of organic solar cells (OSCs), conjugated polymers can be used in almost all layers including electrodes. However, for interlayers like hole transporting layers (HTLs) the choice range of materials is quite narrow for some issues. If adjacent two layers are soluble in the same solvent, there may be an intermixing between two layers, causing an extra energy loss. In this study, we designed and synthesized new conjugated polymer P1 for HTLs in OSCs. Once coated on the substrate, side chains were detached by thermal treatment, lowering P1’s solubility. In consequence, P1 stayed intact after another drop of solvent was applied. With this immobilization strategy and all other measured properties considered, new conjugated polymer P1 can be an attractive candidate for HTLs in OSCs. |
