제목 UV curable epoxy acrylate/halloysite nanocomposites
초록 Halloysite nanotube(HNT), chemically similar to kaolinite with a molecular formula of Al2Si2O5(OH)4·nH2O, are multi-walled inorganic nanotubes. The HNT has recently become the subject of research attention as a new type of additive for enhancing the thermomechanical performance of polymers. In this study, UV cured epoxy acrylate/HNT nanocomposite was prepared. Effect of HNT content on the structure, thermomechanical properties, dimension stability and photocuring behavior of the nanocomposites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmittance electrical microscopy (TEM), dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), thermomechanical analysis (TMA) and photoDSC.
