제목 Fabrication and characteristics of metal-polymer hybrid conductive electrode film
초록 Thin films of polymer-based multi-layer conductive electrode to be used as a substrate for flexible displays have been prepared. The conductive layer is composed of three layers, ICP / Ag / ICP or ICP / Au / ICP, where ICP is PEDOT as a inherently conducting polymer, on the polymer substrate. The properties of the conductive electrode were the following ; (1) sheet resistance is 20 Ω / □ ; (2) transparency is 80% at 550nm. These properties are enough on optical film for the plastic displays or touch screen and comparable to ITO.
