제목 Improvement of the Dispersion Stability of RGB Pigments Using Reprecipitation Method and Organosilane
초록 The effects of reprecipitation and organosilane on the dispersion stability of RGB pigments were studied. The sizes ofpigments were reduced via reprecipitation using surfactantwith the variations of temperature and concentration of sulfuric acid and pigment concentration. Then, the dispersions ofpigments were prepared by using PGMEA, Ajisper PB-821, and (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane (MPTMS) as an organic medium, a dispersant, and a co-dispersant, respectively. The reprecipitated pigments and their dispersions were characterized by FE-SEM, XRD, and Turbiscan.
