| 초록 | A streoselective synthesis of nectrisine, a potent α-glucosidase inhibitor, was achieved starting from N-Cbz-L-serine. The key step was involved OBO group controlled dihydroxayltion which provided the derised stereochemisty with high selectivity (>15:1). |
