Synthesis of SWNT/PUU Nanocomposite Particles by Self-assembled Neutralization Emulsification |
초록 |
SWNT(Single-walled Carbon Nanotube)/PUU(polyurethane-urea) nanocomposite particles containing 4,4’-methylenedi-p-phenyl diisocyanate and isophorone diisocyanate were synthesized by self-assembled neutralization emulsification. The morphology and thermo-mechanical properties of SWNT/PUU were investigated by varying the amount of SWNT instead of dimethylol propionic acid, which is usually used as ionic moiety in water-borne polyurethane dispersions. The particle size and morphology were observed by DLS and TEM. The thermo-mechanical properties were analyzed by UTM, DSC, and TGA. (KOSEF No. R01-2005-000-10367-0) |
