제목 "The effects of omni-directional anti-reflection chracteristics of Dye-sensitized solar cells by growing Zinc Oxide nanostructure."
초록  Optical devices such as solar cell commonly use an antireflection layer in order to increase the transmittance and decrease the reflectance by using light interference at the surface. Anti-reflection layer is an important factor for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) because it improves the efficiency of solar cell by changing the Jsc. However, the efficiency of solar cell would be decreased when the incident light has not in the right angle.  
 To achieve the improved efficiency of solar cell, it is necessary to increase the omnidirectional anti-reflection efficiency. In this study, three different types of ZnO which are film, nanorod and hybrid have been grown by MOCVD and the effects of optical characteristics were investigated. Hybrid type are the combinations of film and nanorod. The transmittance and reflectance of three different types of ZnO were measured between 400nm ~ 1200nm wavelength range with respect to the solar elevation angle. Results showed that the optimized structure of ZnO could be obtained by analyzing the transmittance and reflectance.
