제목 | Synthesis of photo curable acrylic oligomer by chemo-enzymatic reaction |
초록 | Transesterification reaction of acrylic polyol with acrylic monomer(acylic acid, methyl acrylate, vinyl acrylate) was examined using cutinase from Fusarium solani pisi as biocatalyst in organic solvents. The cutinase was immobilized onto the surface of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) beads. These enzyme-catalyzed synthesis provides an attractive alternative approach to chemical synthesis, the reaction of isocyanates with hydroxyl groups. We synthesized acrylic polyol macromer with copolymerization of styrene, 2-ethylhexylacrylate, 4-hydroxybutylacrylate, hexylmethacrylate, and acrylic acid. Acrylic polyol macromers were characterized depending on the variation of molecular weight and conversion according to the monomer ratio and initiator concentration. The products of transesterification of acrylic polyol and acrylic monomer can be commonly used for UV-curable resins. The enzymatic transesterification of acrylic polyol was confirmed by the reduction of acrylic monomer concetration after reaction. The reaction conversion and molecular weight were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). In addition, the effect of reaction temperature, solvents, acrylic monomer(acyl donor) species, molecular sieve, and enzyme reuse on enzymatic transesterification were also examined. |
