제목 Effects of curing systems of rubber matrix and ground rubber(GR) on the crosslink structures and physical properties of SBR vulcanizates.
초록 For many years, considerable works have been done on the cure behaviors and physical properties of vulcanicates filled with GR(ground rubber). In the last paper, we studied the effects of curing systems of rubber matrix and GR on the cure behaviors, crosslink structures and physical properties of GR filled NR(natural rubber). It has been observed that crosslink densities and structures of rubber matrix and GR in GR filled NR vulcanizates strongly depend on the curing systems used in rubber matrix and GR. The decreases of physical properties, such as tensile strengths and modulus of GR filled NR vulcanizates are caused by the reductions of crosslink densities of rubber matrix, not by the low adhesions of GR and rubber matrix.
In this paper we studied the cure behaviors of SBR rubber compounds filled with SBR ground rubber. It could be expected that the cure behaviors and physical properties of GR filled vulcanizates depend on the kind of rubber and curatives used in rubber matrix and GR. In addition, the crosslink structure and physical properties of SBR vulcanizates have been determined for different curing systems(conventional, semi-effcient and effcient curing systems). And the variations of crosslink densities and structures of SBR rubber matrix and GR were measured.
