Hybridization of chitosan patch with naturally driven drugs for wound healing |
| 초록 |
Chitosan is one of the biodegradable polymers widely used in various industries including wound healing and drug delivery system. In this study, we prepared a chitosan patch for the application to wound healing system. In order to accelerate the healing rate, we combined the chitosan patch with drugs derived from natural plants. We also included calcium ion which is one of the inorganic components present in human body and plays a crucial role in controlling physiological events including bone formation and cellular mobility. The effects of inclusion of these components on wound healing rate were investigated. |
