Electrospinning is used to make nanofibrous matrix for tissue engineering applications. In this study, the PLCL copolymer(50:50) was used to fabricate electrospun nanofiber scaffold. The aim of this study is to investigate Fibroblast's behavior on the scaffold. The cell proliferation on the scaffold was evaluated by WST assay and DAPI staining. The cell morphology was observed by SEM. TCP is used as control group, the experiment groups were applied using non-coating electrospinning scaffold, fibronectin coating, collagen I coating and gelatin coating. It was found out that the collagen I gave the best result. From the density group of; 1x103cells/cm2, 1x104cells/cm2, 1x105cells/cm2 and 1x106cells/cm2, the 1x104cells/cm2 group showed the best result. The SEM result of fibroblast cells showed that it was proliferated as multi layer. |
