제목 Microfluidic Chip-based 3-Dimensional Hydrogel Constructs for Biomedical Application
초록 Recently, the combination of microtechnology and biomaterial has extended their capabilities to the biomedical engineering fields. The microfluidic chip has enabled the generation of micro-scaled and 3-dimensional constructs including cells and bioactive substances. We have developed microfluidic-based 3D constructs such as solid, hollow, core-shell structured microfibers and beads using cell compatible hydrogels. Here, we propose microtechnology-based approach for the generation of 3D hydrogel constructs that satisfy the requirement to the native tissue, which could be contributed to the advance of regenerative medicine and biomedical application.
