제목 Highly functionalized nanofiber platform with rapid production rate based on syringeless electrospinning and CVD system
초록 The highly functionalized nanofiber was prepared using the syringeless electrospinning system and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) system. The syringeless electrospinning system can provide the huge amount of nanofiber in short time, and the obtained nanofiber has higher surficial area and the number of functional groups. However, although various polymers can be changed into the nanofiber using the electrospinning system, it is difficult to use highly functionalized polymers for the electrospinning system because these polymers couldn’t be dissolved in common solvents. Therefore, to overcome the limitation, we used the CVD system for functionalization of nanofiber. The process can give the wide-ranged functional groups on the nanofiber and the functional groups can be used for conjugating specific functional groups for various applications. These features make the electrospun nanofiber platform for use in diverse applications such as sensor and separation process.
