Electrical Properties of Optically Transparent CNT, ITO Coatings on PET and Glass Substrates via Nano-structural Control |

Optical transmittance and electrical properties were investigated for CNT and ITO coatings on glass and PET substrates by electrical resistance measurement under cyclic loading. Uniform dipping coating was performed using Wilhelmy plate method due to it simpleness and convenience control. Specimen was applied with spraying coating as well for the comparison. The change in the electrical and optical properties of coated layer could be dependent upon the number of dip-coating, the concentration of CNT and ITO solutions. Electric properties of coating layers were measured using four-point probe method, and surface resistance was calculated using a dual configuration method. The comparison of optical transmittance by UV spectrum for CNT and ITO coated PET film was also obtained. Acknowledgement: This work was supported by the Korea Research Foundation (2009-0072538).
