제목 The preparation of Naphthalene-based epoxy system with High glass transition temperature and Low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE).
초록 The large dimensional change of polymers upon the variation of temperature leads to the serious problems such as warp and cracking at the interface between polymer and inorganic compound/metal. Especially in the field of semiconductor where the polymer is in direct contact with silicon chip, the CTE value of epoxy system is strongly required to be reduced. In this work, we synthesized the new naphthalene-based epoxy resin with the superior thermal properties. The CTE and glass transition temperature of epoxy composites were characterized by TMA and the effect of naphthalene moiety on epoxy composite was discussed
