초록 |
Complicated PFSA production processes cause their cost to be high.When exposed in PEMFC operation conditions, PFSA materials experience critical chemical decomposition to radicals and physical failures occurred as a result of repeated membrane swelling and deswelling. In this study, an approach termed as “spontaneous pore filling technique under ambient pressure,” which is directly applicable to roll-to-roll processing for mass production, is developed. The resulting pore-filling membranes (PFMs) composed of a PFSA and pore-controlled PTFE support films exhibit defect-free and physically arranged morphologies. These materials are electrochemically evaluated for both hydrogen fuel cell and chlor-alkali applications. |
