제목 Dispersion Study of ZrO2 particles depended on milling parameter for gelcasting
초록 The effects of milling parameter on dispersity of ZrO2 nanoparticles for the high concentrated zirconia gelcasting were investigated. The gelcasting slip was prepared by ball milling of spray dried yttria partially stabilized zirconia nanoparticles including dispersant, monomer, crosslinking agent and water medium. The ZrO2 particles milled with 0.5 wt% PAA Ammonium salt dispersant had the lowest viscosity of 100mPa.s. The more the smaller milling media used, the lower viscosity the slip of ZrO2 could be obtained. The high concentrated slip up to 45vol% with low viscosity was possible.
